LAUREN RAINE is best known for her Masks of the Goddess Project, a collection of 75 theatrical masks devoted to worldwide mythologies of the Sacred Feminine that traveled to communities throughout the U.S. for over 20 years. She studies sacred make traditions in Bali and recently presented at the Parliament of World Religions. "Masks" she says, "are really like cups, waiting to be filled. I make the mask, but you are the one who makes the story."

Pati Breed describes her work as a doorway into a timeless consciousness. The mystic poetry that she loves helps her to enter that doorway, where we will find her figures and creatures dancing in the pure hues of her painted visions.

Breed teaches ceramic sculpture and painting at the College of the Redwoods.
